How to lose weight when eating out
This blog is for anyone who is having a hard time eating while on the go or has to eat on the go often. With these simple fixes, you can stay on target with your goals and still eat good. DO NOT think you can't eat out anymore because there isn't a healthy place in the town you live, every place will have some sort of alternative when you follow these rules! *Low protein
*Double up on carbs (potato and fries)
*Lots of sauce/ dressing
*Sugary mixed drinks, etc.
*Try all of the desserts
*Underestimate Calories
*Water with lemon
*"Grilled" "food name"
*Protein #1 priority
*Extra serving of veggies
*Sauce/ dressing on the side
*Dry wine or "light" alcohol in moderation
*Share a dessert
*Over-estimate calories
